A few steps from a shared corridor – the stairs stay stairs, the platform appears when needed.

Problem	A few steps separated the shop from the shared corridor.
Solution	LK-1
Why this solution	LK-1 takes no extra corridor space: visitors use the stairs, a wheelchair user calls the platform with a button.
Installation constraints	Limited width at the entrance, heavy footfall.

LK-1 installed at a retail entrance. Ordinary stairs with handrails day to day; when needed the steps level into a platform and lift the user to the shop floor.
